CHANGING / ALTERING ORDERS:

Any orders already purchased that buyers need or request to change / alter will be Cancelled in within the 1 hour cancellation window. Orders outside of this window are no longer able to be altered / Changed. The Order will ship out as placed and a return will need to be made by customer per our return policy.

All Buyers are responsible for Ordering, Checking and Reading Description to ensure the correct size they need.

ALL DAMAGED ITEM REQUEST MUST OCCUR THROUGH OUR HELP MESSAGING EMAIL, NO OTHER METHOD WILL BE HONORED.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY AFTER PURCHASING PRODUCT:

Buyer accepts all responsibility for hanging, mounting and installing their brackets after purchasing. Buyer understands that all work should be done by a professional and licensed contractor. Buyer agrees that seller will not be held responsible or liable for damage or harm caused to buyer or improper install / usage of product. Buyer acknowledges that seller is providing the supplies for their project and will not hold seller responsible after purchasing items. Buyer agree's they will hire a licensed, Insured, and Bonded Contractor for installing any product they purchase from Csonka's Custom Rustics to ensure they are used and installed correct.

Buyers are aware that any leg product over 18x18 requires bracing to ensure they hold rigid. Buyers accept all responsibly and will not hold seller responsible for any harm that is caused by buyer not purchasing bracing.

Mounting bracket's: Brackets should be installed into wall studs when mounting. Not mounting correctly could result in failure and damage. If you are unsure of how to properly install them, please consult a contractor. We cannot advise you on installation as each installation is different. While these are thick steel brackets, we cannot advise on a specific load weight given the variety of installation options, board widths, lengths and specific customer usage. Please use good judgment as we are not liable if installed incorrectly.

Buyer acknowledges that seller is providing the supplies for their project and will not hold seller responsible after purchasing items. Buyer agree's they will hire a licensed, Insured, and Bonded Contractor for installing any product they purchase from Csonka's Custom Rustics to ensure they are used and installed correct.

Buyer acknowledges that they have checked/measured and rechecked the sizes they needed before purchasing any items or sizes. Buyer accepts responsibility for items they buy.

POWDER COAT:

All items have been checked for marks and scratches. If you received a bracket that is damaged or chipped, please email us and provide photos of items and shipping box. We will need this to file a claim on the item received. From there we can send out a replacement.

If you purchase an item and leave a note or request to add powder coating to your order. We will send you a quote for the add on. If you choose not to add the powder coating or we do not hear back from you about adding the powder coating invoice by the time your order is ready to ship. We will ship your Order with the stock clear coat without Powder coating.

POWDER COATING HANDLING TIMES:

All powder coat handling times are subject to change. Handling times given to buyers are a estimate time frame, but can always change due to the Powder Coating companies time frame and needs. We do NOT guarantee powder coat handling times.

By requesting powder coating on your order, the handling times from original purchase will change. Please know that it can add an additional 2-3 weeks to buyers order for requesting powder coat. Please know that it is buyer's responsibility to always email seller to get a more accurate time frame for handling on powder coating items.

Items are Made-To-Order, once order is placed, we start working on it right away and start getting it ready for the powder coating company to pick up your order. Powder coating orders are picked up every Wednesday and delivered back to us 2 weeks later(This does NOT include original handling time of item(s) to make and weekends). If you place an order after Wednesday, it will be picked up the next following Wednesday to be brought to the powder coaters. Because powder coating takes time, all items that are powder coated require an additional 2-3 WEEKS HANDLING for this reason. Soon as we get items back, we ship them out right away.

**BUYERS WHO ORDER POWDER COATED ITEM(S), ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THEIR HANDLING TIMES ARE LONGER FOR POWDER COATING ORDERS. BUYERS ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE POWDER COATING ORDERS WILL NOT BE CANCELED AFTER 1 HRS OF PLACING THEIR ORDER FOR POWDER COATED PRODUCT(S) OR IF THEY ARE ALREADY PICKED UP BY THE POWDER COATING COMPANY.**

WOOD PRODUCT:

Please bear in mind that these shelves are made out of reclaimed wood and will have nail holes, gouges, wear marks, knots, knicks and small cracks. I reject any crack that would interfere with strength.

Metal legs will be taken off for shipping and will require you to re-bolt them onto the bench. Areas will be marked for placement of legs and for easier assembly for you.

Our lumber is described as accurately as possible but due to the nature of highly figured and/or burled wood, minor cracking and checking might not be evident. When boards are listed, they are flat unless indicated in the item description above. Because of the natural edge look to most of our slabs, our dimensions are listed as "at the widest spot" or "at the longest spot" of the slab. Some of our slabs still have the bark attached, we cannot guarantee that all bark will remain on the slab during the shipping process. Our slabs are handled with great care, but even as they get moved around on the shelf, the bark can come off.

PRODUCT SIZES:

All Length and Height sizes may vary slightly. We do try our best to keep them as uniformed and as close to actual size requested. Our products are all handmade, and not produced by industrial machines. By Purchasing our product, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to a 3/8" error allowance in size.
